Custom design
The design starts with the business. Layout, hierarchy, and the path through the site are decided for that company, rather than picked from a shared theme.
Websites
A website should be built around the business, its purpose, and what the visitor is supposed to do. Not around a template.

WordPress is the platform. The build is structured so the business can keep editing ordinary content without fighting the site.
The same site is composed for a desktop, a tablet, and a phone. The small screen is designed on purpose, not squeezed down after the fact.
Structure, headings, URLs, and internal links are decided while the site is being made. Search is part of the build, not a patch added after launch.
Pages are organized around what a visitor needs to understand and what they should do next.
A redesign can keep the content, URLs, search value, products, customer information, and functionality that are worth keeping. A new site should not throw away what already works.
An online store can be part of a larger website, including WooCommerce and a payment processor such as Stripe. Store features are not offered as a separate large-scale commerce practice.
If a project sits outside this list, it can still be discussed. Unusual work is evaluated one business at a time. Custom software is not a primary service.
